Ever wondered what you should really bring when wheeling and/or camping? Well the HOT team has come up with an equipment list that will help to not forget that one item you may need on the trail!
Please note, this is only a guide. It is meant to assist you in ensuring that you will be covered under most circumstances you enounter while on the trail.
HOT Equipment List
**Mandatory**
-Full Size Spare
-Lug Wrench & Jack (Must be able to lift Vehicle)
-Recovery Strap (No Hooked Ends)
-Front and Rear Recovery Points
-Basic Tool Kit
-Spare Fan/Accessory Belt(s)
-Fire Extinguisher (Class BC or better)
-Flash Light/Headlamp
-Water, Food & Trash Bags
-First Aid Kit
-Any tools/parts that are specialized for your vehicle
-Rx Medicine and glasses (If needed)
**Recommended**
-CB Radio
-Tire pressure Gauge
-Recovery Accessories (Shackles, Chain, etc)
-Extra Vehicle Fluids/Jerry can with Fuel
-Radiator Stop Leak/Or chocolate chip cookies
-Spare hoses/Oil Filter
-Jumper Cables
-U-Joints
-Spare Fuses
-Extra Clothes & Foul weather gear/Sleeping bag
-Shovel/Axe
-Duct Tape/Bailing Wire/Zap Straps
-Magnetic Parts Tray
-Tarp & bungee Cords
-Bug Repellent
-Sunscreen
-Toilet Paper & Baby Wipes
